February Athletes
of the Month
Cecilie Greve, an eleventh grader and an international student from Norway, was recently named Wakefield Country Day School's “Female Athlete of the Month for . February.” Ms. Greve, a member of the Dance Team, “has embraced her fellow students and been a key contributor to the dance squad,” according to WCDS Athletic Director Mike Kenney. Kenney added, “Cecilie’s work ethic and passion were acknowledged and rewarded this season, when her performance earned her Delaney Athletic Conference all-conference recognition at the conference competition, and she also played an integral part in helping WCDS win the runner-up trophy at the event.”
Patrick Dale, a senior, was awarded the title, “WCDS Male Athlete of the Month for February.” In presenting the award, Athletic Director Kenney noted, “Patrick’s abili
