April 16: Dominion Public Workshop
Dominion public “Workshop” in Culpeper on Monday, April 16 from 6-8 p.m. at Culpeper Middle School, 14300 Achievement Drive (Route 229) Culpeper. Dominion Power is holding meetings to tell citizens about the 500-kV transmission line they want to build through our community. Dominion’s new southern route would require the taking of an additional 50-150 ft right-of-way for towers up to 16 stories tall. Citizens are encouraged to attend to voice opposition.

The Rappahannock County Conservation Alliance holds its monthly Board of Directors’ meeting on the third Tuesday of each month from 5:30 -7:00 at the RCCA office at the Schoolhouse in Sperryville at the corner of Routes 522 & 211.
