Thornton River in Sperryville
Bring the family — or come by yourself —anytime between 11 and 4 for fun, food, friendship, and learning about the critters who live in our river, how to help our water supply and clean streams and ponds with native trees, shrubs and grasses, and more. Kids can plant flowers and sort ‘critters” and other fun activities. We’ll be down at the Thornton River behind the Old Schoolhouse in Sperryville, at the comer of rtes 211 and 522.
