They are prepared to make the investment and ask us to live with it forever. Rappahannock residents and landowners should also be prepared either for the inevitability or with an effective defense against any such desecration of our natural beauty which God gave us all to enjoy and preserve. We must learn the facts and as a concerned community, demand that the power company give conclusive proof of the necessity for crossing Rappahannock
