about the school budget at public hearings is inexcusable. Not understanding how Rappahannock spends twice as much per student than our neighbor county - assuming the source in an article several weeks ago was correct - is also hard to understand.
However, the latter item certainly looks like a place to start searching for answers. I fully agree with Brady that a prioritization should shed some light on why the teachers are underpaid.
