Saturday, April 21 at Washington Baptist Church from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p. m., the same day as the Fodderstack Race. The Grandma’s Attic yard sale and bake sale will be held in the church Fellowship Hall while the hamburger/hot dog lunch will be under a tent across the street from the courthouse between the old Rappahannock National Bank building and the Theatre at Washington. They will be open rain or shine. The yard sale will feature a variety of household items, office accessories, books and children’s toys. All of the baked goods will be homemade and will include pies, cakes, cookies and breads. They invite all to come out and enjoy the morning with them. All the proceeds will go to their Long Term Maintenance Fund. You may contact the church office at 675-3336 for more information about this event.
