Beauty and

Fragrance

For anyone who likes roses. You have to go and visit Glen Bumie Gardens in Shenandoah Valley. Well worth the trip!

Debbie Atkins of Front Royal and myself visited Glen Bumie Gardens at the Museum of the Shenandoah Valley on Saturday, July 21. There were six acres of gardens to tour.

The Rose Gardens included more than 400 rose bushes in multiple different colors. The fragrance was breath taking!

Pink Pavilion and its fountain courtyard was a also a charming space with a wondrous view. We also saw Herb Garden and a vegetable garden.

The Water Garden was a splashing paradise, well worth the walk. After the tour we had lunch at the Outback steakhouse.
