The hospital offers 24hour emergency care, women’s care, occupational health, wellness services, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, physical rehabilitation, home health care, and diagnostic imaging, including a new 16-slice CT Scanner and mobile MRI.

In 2002, Lynn Care Center opened a new 96-bed replacement facility, including a 26-bed unit for residents with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. The building is made up of small nursing units, creating home-like neighborhoods with shared family-style activity and living spaces. The facility’s second phase, a 24-bed unit for shortstay patients needing rehabilitation or skilled nursing care, opened in the fall of 2003.

In 1999, Warren Memorial became an affiliate of Plan'etree, a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating patient-centered care in healing environments. The hospital has made a number of changes, including bedside meal service, comfortable gathering spaces for patients and families, a healing garden, aquariums,’ fountains, plants, and a pet visitation program.
