The George L. Carder House, also known as Boxwood Hill, is located on the Scrabble Road in the Woodville/Castleton area. Built around 1833, the twostory, gable-roofed main house is built of brick, and represents the home of a relatively well-to-do farmer of the era. It was added to both registers in 2004.
