Prepare and galvanize residents for the State.Cc^pqration Commission public hearings on the proposed transmission line;

Local SCC hearings will be on today and Friday in the Fauquier High School auditorium.
Thursday’s hearings will be at 1:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. Friday’s hearing will be at 9:30 a.m.
The SCC will decide whether Dominion and its partner, Allegheny FVawer, may build the proposed line.
Graham talked about the SCC public hearing process.
