Since 1917, Lions clubs have offered people the opportunity to give something back to their communities. The Rappahannock Lions Club is a service organization with the mission to “create and foster a spirit of understanding among all people for humanitarian needs by providing voluntary services through community involvement and international cooperation.” To that end, the members of the Rappahannock Lions Club raise funds to provide services and opportunities in the community. The club meets at the Public House restaurant in Flint Hill at 6:30 p.m. every second and fourth Thursdays.
