department, I just feel that we i need to give them the opportunity to go to advanced ; training. Only a few are chosen to go to certain classes. Everyone should have the opportunity to go to training. We can never have too much training. I do not have a college degree, but I have had the opportunity to go to a lot of training classes. I do not consider myself topnotch. I consider myself to be i someone that works hard at my job and I do my job to the j best of my ability. No one is perfect, and as long as we have hard-working, dedicated i people, people that have dedicated their lives to serving the citizens of Rappahannock County, then we can get through the rest.
