about joining in a regional jail agreement with Warren and Shenandoah counties?
I know that eventually we *»are going to have to join a regional jail. As far as I know, there is nothing in writing that says it has to be Warren and Shenandoah. Others agencies, such as Culpeper and Fauquier, are also looking into a regional jail. I do not have a problem with joining a regional jail, but everything needs to be taken into consideration. We cannot keep up with the standards that the Department of Corrections is putting on us. At this point we are just prolonging the inevitable. But until we decide what we are going to do, there are programs
