The city of Winchester was impacted by the Civil War by battles fought in the city and its surrounding area Jonathan A. NoyaJas, adjunct history instructor at Lord Fairfax Community Colege (LFCC) and director of the College s Center for Ovi War History, will explore the Second Battle of Winchester during a one-day seminar on Saturday Nov. 3, from 9 am. to 4 p.m. This is the first time LFCC has offered a seminar focusing on tie Second Battle of Winchester.
