Advisory Committee (SEAC) will hold its first meeting of the school year on Thursday, Nov. 1, from 3:50 to 4:50 p.m., at the Rappahannock County High School library.

The Nov. 1 meeting is open to all interested parents, teachers and community members. Agenda items include:

•Voting on officers for the new year.

•Planning meeting dates for the year.

•Presentation by school psychologist Kathy Zehr Rhodes on ADD/ADHD strategies for success.

•Question and answer period.

29 - RCPS to undergo an efficiency review all week; freshman football, Home vs. Madison County, 4:30 p.m.; informational meeting for employees, parents and students on MRSA infection to be presented by Virginia Department of Health representatives, 7 p.m., at RCHS auditorium.
