In summary, the Planning Commission process is flawed badly, opening our County to a wide variety of new land use options without recourse for those with differing or opposing viewpoints. Changes are needed to replace a “theater of the. absurd” planning process with one of reasoned deliberation so large numbers of taxpaying landowner citizens do not depart — as they did from this meeting — angry both with the Commission’s obvious lack of procedural integrity and the meeting’s wide open outcome.
