Community Transitions Counselor Family Services Position works with young adults ages 17-22 in a community transitions program. Prepare youth for GED testing, job skills training, preparation for employment, and job placement. Able to perform employment assessments, conduct community outreach, individual case management. Bachelor's degree in social work or related field and two years directly related exp., preferably working with hard to serve adolescents and young adults. Must possess excellent written & verbal skills, be proficient making group presentations. Experience working with GED prep., vocational programs; familiarity with juvenile and adult court systems preferred. Position requires day and evening hours as well as some weekend work.
