small team of folks who took it upon themselves to create the Power Line Awareness Festival this past Saturday. What an entertaining way to promote straightforward awareness of the pending power line realities within Rappahannock and the surrounding communities.
High volume rallies, traditional forums and stakeholder meetings are apt educational events that are usually of great use to those interested.
