Fly-By-Night Books is moving its core collection of Nature, Art, Cooking, Gardening, and Collectible books to Copper Fox Antiques in Sperryville. But you have until December to find these tomes at the Flint Hill shop. In the mean time, all books and other items are 20-50 percent off. New inventory will be added right up until the move. Happy Birthday! Barbara Jenkins’ family surprised her with a birthday party at the Washington Baptist Church on Sunday. A nice crowd of family and fHends enjoyed an afternoon of good food and good fellowship with Barbara.
Mary Frances Bywaters was whisked off to a surprise location for a birthday treat last Saturday. Her daughter Cindy, with son-in-law Greg and grandson Jonathan Sanders, took Mary Frances to the Lazy Susan Dinner Theater in Woodbridge. The family enjoyed delicious food and a delightful production of the musical, South Pacific.
Robert “Bob” Amos celebrated his 70th birthday on October 23. His daughter Susan was in town for the big day. Susan currently lives north of, San Francisco, CA.
