Prize winning poster artists were (front, left to right} Alfreda Cook, Sherry Weakley and Michael Owings, (rear) Connie Yowell, Kathy Spradlin, Heather Sher, Heather Kilpatrick, James McFarland and Louis Moore. The youngsters received $5, $2 and SI certificates redeemable for books at the fair.
