All Stars
Judith Lynn Bloomer, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. William Bloomer of Sperryville, has been chosen for membership in Virginia’s 4-H All-Stars, the highest honor a 4-H’er can receive in the state.
A senior at Rappahannock County High School, Judith has been involved in 4-H for eight years and is currently a member of the Clover Leaf 4H Home Economics Club.
After winning honors in recent local and regional competition, she will participate in state 4-H Coi gress this June with a demonstration in home management. Judith will be inducted into the All-Stars at the statewide Congress.
