Based on last year’s experience and the plans for this year’s festival, May 17 promises to be a day geared for family and fun.
Clean Up Day
The Amissville Cub Scout Pack 50 will have their annual clean-up day on Saturday, May 10. Scouts are to meet at the Amissville Baptist Church at 8 a.m. Boys are reminded to wear sturdy shoes, to wear gloves and to come in uniform.
The Cub Scouts last meeting will be May 13 before disbanding for the summer. Meetings will resume in September.
