Rural Virginia, Inc. is a membership organization devoted to improving the quality of life for all rural and small town citizens. The organization is bringing its May meeting to Front Royal in order to give rural people in the northern portion of the state an opportunity to voice their concerns about energy options and to identify some resources for a more selfsufficient energy future.
