Rappahannock’s JV baseball team played for the junior league championship last Saturday against the Elkton Elks in a doubleheader.
The Elks swept the series, 7-2 and 14-3. "Elkton wasn’t a better team. We just didn’t play as well as we are able. We made too many mental errors,” said coach Bob Edmondson in explaining the loss.
