The Shenrapawa District will hold a Cub Scout Leader Basic Training Course on Saturday, October 6 from &80 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Front Royal United Methodist Church. The Shenrapawa District represents Scouting in Shenandoah, Rappahannock, Page and Warren counties.
Arts And Craft Festival
Plans for the 13th annual Arts and Crafts Festival to be held on Saturday, October 6 are being made by the Culpeper Extension Homemakers Clubs. The festival will be held at the Culpeper Enterprises in the Homemakers building on Route 29 South from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Area craft folks interested in demonstrating or selling are invited to join the homemakers. Oil Painting Workshop for Adults
On September 29 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. the Middle St. Gallery will be offering a patinting workshop taught by Laurie Marshall. The emphasis of the session will be the handling of oil paints in the creation of a unique and expressive image by each participant. Registration by September 21 is required. Cost is $35.00.
