Several text revisions on pegs 64 of the proposed toning ordinance were made under the section 5.2-4 title: “Additional Standards for Small Contracting Businesses." Commissioner Miller said the text changes should clarify the definition of a small contractor.

The text changes begin with Subpoint C on page 64, which now should read: Not more than ten (10) persons shall be engaged in the operation of the business on site, including part-time employees and/or proprietors.

Also on page 64, subpoint D now should read: Not more than five (6) vehicles including equipment other than automobiles and light vehicles not exceeding 6,000 pounds shall be operated from the site or stored there overnight.

Subpoint H on page 64, which alludes to renewal of spedal-uae permits, should be deleted, the joint board agreed.

Also on page 64, Subpoint I, the term “zoning administrator" has been replaced with "Board of Zoning Appeal* (BZA).” Subpoint I now should read: Small contracting businesses include the following uses and those determined by the Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) to be sufficiently similar thereto in forms of type, scale and impact.

• Special permits for churches.
