The fourth annual Settle reunion was held on Sunday, September 23 at the Rappahannock Park near Washington with approximately 125 relatives and friends attending.
The relative traveling the longest distance to attend was Mrs. Fannie Settle Ficklin of New Carrollton, Maryland.
The oldest relative attending was Brue Settle of Culpeper, who celebrated his 86th birthday on September 26.
The youngest to attend was Bethany Jo Brown, who was two days old. Bethany is the daughter of Joey and Beverly Settle Brown of Culpeper.
“Everyone had a wonderfiil day, the weather was beautiful and plans are underway for next year,” said a family spokesperson.
