An affidavit having beiBn made and filed that the Defendant, Marion Strahler Lee, has a last known address at which she no longer resides and that due diligence has been used on behalf of Plaintiff to ascertain in what country or city the Defendant presently resides, without effect, it is ORDERED that she appear before the Court on or before November 9, 1984 and do what is necessary to protect her interest therein
It is further ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order of Publication be published once a week for four weeks in succession in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia.
