Dr. William E. Hopkins of 2737 ; Murray Avenue, Norfolk and Walnut Knoll, Woodville, died Saturday, September 22 at his residence.
Bom in 1914 in Albemarle County, Va., Dr. Hopkins was educated at the University of Virginia, VPI, Penn State University and Louisiana State University, where he received his PhD in 1961.
