EVOC session scheduled
An Emergency Vehicle Operators Course (EVOC) will be held this weekend in Flint Hill, sponsored by the Rappahannock Fire and Rescue Association.
The classroom segment will be held on Friday, May 9, at 7 p.m. The practical sessions (students choice) will be held Saturday and/or Sunday at 9 a.m. For additional information and registration call Frank Huff at 675-3389.
Slide presentation at Middle Street
Sculptor Rebecca Howland of New York City will give a slide presentation in Middle Street Gallery of Washington at 7:30 Friday, May 9. Ms. Howland is Rappahannock County’s artist-in-residence for the month of May, sponsored by the Rappahannock Association for the Arts and the Community (RAAC) in cooperation with the Mid-Atlantic States Arts Consortium. There is no admission charge for the evening.
