RCHS track
team update
The track teams have been running, jumping, and throwing a few victories this season. In boys’ track, the jumpers have tasted success. Jeff Fudd continues to place in the triple jump at each meet as well as in the long jump with Dexter Freeman, whose best jump is 19 feet, 7 inches.
Two newcomers to track, Eric Dunn and Mike Dearing, dominate the high jump, each clearing five feet, six inches consistently to place in each meet.
Placing in the sprints and making j up the 400 relay team are Jeff Fudd, Randy1' Jenkins, Dexter Freeman and Mike Dearing. Middle distance runners John Dodson, Neil Burke, Tom Taylor and Rodney Grimsley run the quarter and half mile events and make up the mile relay team.
