School Board seat open
The term of Bill Oliver, School Board representative from Stonewall-Hawthorne District, will expire in July.
Because state law now requires that a public hearing be held prior to the Board of Supervisors making an appointment to the School Board, a hearing has been set for June 2.
Nelson Lane, supervisor from Stonewall-Hawthorne, asks constituents who have recommendations on the vacancy to call him at 987-8090.
