Col. and Mrs. James S. Willis of Washington have announced the engagement of their daughter Evelyn Michelle Tyler Willis to Reid Barton Adams, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Dale D. Adams of Herndon.
The wedding is planned for June 28 at Mount Prospect Farm, the home of Col. and Mrs. Willis.
Miss Willis is a graduate of the University of Virginia where she was elected vice-president of the Student Council and was a member of the Delta Gamma sorority. She is currently an assistant director of alumni affairs at the University. Her father is a former professor of physics at the United States Military
