A correction is needed this week in an article I ran last week in reference to Mrs. Linda Butler attending a Postal Convention. It should have read: “Mrs. Linda Butler was in Virginia Beach several days last week attending a Postal Career Awareness Conference. She was accompanied to the city by Mrs. Jean Gibbs and Mrs. Jane Thornhill.” This reporter regrets an error was made.
Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Williams have returned to their home on Route 615 after being in Baltimore, Md., last week to attend Mr. Williams’ 50th class reunion at Johns Hopkins University. They met many old. friends, enjoyed the reunion dance, lacrosse game and later a brunch given at the home of one of his classmates and his wife, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Levi. As another note of interest Mr. Levi is head of Hecht’s Store.
Jimmie Bennett of Springfield visited his mother Mrs. James L. Bennett Tuesday.
