Baldwin. Mr. Miller’s name remained on the ballot and he received 21 votes.
Treasurer Brad Fisher was the top vote-getter with 75. Mr. Fisher has served on the council since 1978, and he will bring his experience as treasurer to bear on innovative and “relatively painless” sources of revenue for the town. He has also voiced concerns about the town’s aging water system, and has spoken in favor of a full-time employee for that system.
E velyn Willis, first elected to the council in 1984 received 60 votes. Mrs. Willis has also expressed concern about the town’s revenues. She feels that zoning and growth are two other important issues. “The town
