INVITATION TO BID
The Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors hereby invites interested Insurance Agents and Companies to submit Competitive Negotiable Proposals for Rappahannock County’s various Property and Liability coverages which will become effective July 1, 1986. Specifications are available in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Washington, Virginia, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The bidding procedures for competitive sealed bidding provided by the Virginia Public Procurement Act,, Section 11 -37 et seq of the Code of Virginia, shall apply.
Sealed bids should be submitted to the Clerk of the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors, at P. O. Box 116, Washington, Virginia, 22747 so as to be received by her no later than 10:00 A.M. on Friday, May 23, 1986, at which time bids will be opened and publicly read.
The Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any, or all, bids.
