William E. Wickens was elected to his second term on the council. He has expressed satisfaction with the accomplishments of the present council, “but, of course, 1 feel that our work isn’t finished yet.” He, too, is concerned about new sources of revenue, but cautions against adversely affecting residents on fixed incomes. Mr. Wickens gathered 57 votes.
Dorothy Clater is a native of Washington and has served on the Town Council since 1976. She has also served as town clerk since that time. Mrs. Clater feels that the
