A social evening in the home of Dr. and Mrs. Jonathan Partington of Virginia Beach was the occasion for a Rappahannock reunion and evening of reminiscing for Dr. and Mrs. Berkley L. Rish of Fox Creek Farm at Scrabble and Dr. and Mrs. Howard Hightower of Suffolk.

Mrs. Hightower is the former Jennifer Carder of Culpeper, the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. A.C. Latham Sr. of Amissville. This lovely social event was enhanced by the spontaneous opportunity for the guests to vicariously eryoy the raptures of Rappahannock.

On Saturday afternoon Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Brown and grandson Samuel were guests of Mrs. Chloe Brown.

Frances Chadwell of Front Royal, Erthea Corbin of Flint Hill and Mildred Hawkins of Washington were Sunday visitors of Claudia Jenkins and Otis Hawkins.

Ada Burke was a weekend guest of her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Bayne of Culpeper.

Luncheon guests on Tuesday of Mrs. L. Starke Jones were Mrs. Ben DuBoise, Mrs. Bernard Genther and Mrs. Charles Taylor of Fredericksburg and Mrs. John Richardson of Titusville, Fla.

Mr. and Mrs. Opie Crawford and son Charles Ray of Flint Hill were Friday night guests of Audra Crawford. Mrs. James Sykes of Culpeper
