Easter breakfast
Come have breakfast with the Easter bunny from 7-11 a.m. on Saturday, April 18 at Washington Volunteer fire hall. Items will include sausage, bacon, biscuits, gravy, French toast, cereal, eggs, pancakes, hash browns, fried apples, milk, coffee, tea, juice and hot chocolate. Price will be $5 for adults and $3 for children.
Free childrens Easter egg hunt at 11:30 a.m. with age groups, under 4 years, 4-8 years and 9-12 years. There will be prizes, baskets and fun for all.
Play at RCHS
A play entitled “The Slabtown District Convention” will be presented by the Julia E. Boddie Scholarship Committee at Rappahannock High School. The play will be held at 8 p.m. on Saturday, April 25. Cost is $5 for adults and students $2.
Breakfast at Chester Gap
The Chester Gap Volunteer Fire Department will hold an all-youcan eat breakfast from 7-11 a.m. on Saturday, April 18. The menu will consist of pancakes, sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, gravy, fried apples, fried potatoes, biscuits, coffee, tea and juice. Cost for adults is $5, children ages 6-12 is $3 and children five and under is free.
Easter egg hunt
Viking Farm will sponsor an Easter egg hunt at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 11. The hunt will include a visit with the Easter bunny, ftm, games and pony rides. The farm is located at the intersection of routes 619 and 613, off Route 55 and U.S. 340. For more information call 703636-3915.

The Rappahannock Commissioner of Revenue’s Office will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. beginning March 16 and continuing through May 1 to help anyone who may have tax questions. For more information, call 675-3513.
