Ron and Layne Vickers of Luray are proud to announce the birth of a son, Joseph Patrick on March 24 at Shenandoah Memorial. Joseph weighed eight pounds and one ounce and was 21 inches long.
Grandparents are Tony and Carolyn Shaffer of Lincolnton, N.C. and Ruth Vickers of Bristol.
Mr. and Mrs. Vickers are teachers in the Rappahannock school system.
