PURSUANT to Section 12.1- 10 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.1431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 4, 1992, at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following application(s): SPECIAL EXCEPTION #92-03-03
Mrs. Sheilah Sweet, P.O. Box 254, Washington, VA 22747, desires to obtain a Special Exception to the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance in order to create a parcel of less than twenty-five acres from an existing tract of 187.6502 acres; the parcel to contain approximately 17.4773 acres creating a residual parcel of 170.17 acres. Property is located on RT. 622 in Hams Hollow, Hampton district and is zoned ‘A Agricultural and “C" Conservation; Tax Map 18, Parcel 49A. Use allowed under 3.4-2 (B) of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance. Article 3.
A COPY of the foregoing applications Is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Said applications will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, April 15. 1992, at 7:30 p.m., at the Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 15.1- 9, if any.
