Pursuant to an order erttsred on the 2nd day of April, 1992. this nodes is hsrsby given: in ns proceeding tne pendoner seeks to acquire by condemnation the fee simple title interest in 2.86 acres, together with a temporary construction easement and permanent easement more particularly described in the pleadings heretofore filed in this cause, as to a certain piece or parcel of land situated in the Hampton District of Rappahannock County, Virginia, for the uses and purposes of the petitioner In trie construction, reconstruction, alteration, maintenance and repair of a highway system known as U.5. Highway Route 211, all of which is described more particularly in the petition and exhibits attached thereto on file in the Office of the Clerk of this Court, to which reference is hereby made tor a full and accurate description thereof; and tor the appointment or drawing of commissioners to ascertain just compensation to the owners of any estate or interest in the property to be taken or affected as a result of the taking and use thereof by the petitioner.

For such purposes, the petitioner will apply to the Court, sitting at Washington, Virginia, on the 8th day of May, 1992, at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as petitioner may be heard, for the appointment of commissioners to ascertain just compensation as aforesaid.
