The Community Coalition Working for Healthy Youth (CCWHY) is a newly developed organization with the belief that Rappahannock County youth can and should live in a substance-free environment. With the support of family, friends and peers this can become a reality. CCWHY will hold an organizational and informational meeting from 7:30 p.m.-9 p.m. on April 28 at the Washington Fire Hall. All interested members of the community are invited to become involved. Babysitting services will be available.
