t Off-track betting
The bill allowing for off-track betting proved to be less controversial but has generated a great deal of interest throughout the state.
“I’ve been told that some groups are looking in Virginia, and even around Dulles, for a site for a racetrack and they’re saying it is because of this bill,” said Del. William Mims, R-Loudoun.
