Water and Sewer Authority members have agreed to comply with a list of 13 requirements issued to the county by a State Water Control Board special order. The amount of any fine was left blank on the draft of the order.
The SWCB has requested data to support the WSA’s claim that many of the users of the SperryviUe sewage treatment plant have limited income.
Member Carson Johnson said he would find reports on the data that were gathered to support the need for the grants that built the system and give them to County Administrator John McCarthy.
