However, with about $1,000 in the checking account, $3,000 due from accounts receivable, and $5,000 in current bills, authority members felt they could not continue.

The WSA will advertise for a plant operator. The ad will be worded so that an individual with the required license could operate the plant or that a firm such as ESS could continue with its contract. If no currently licensed operator applies, the WSA will later advertise for someone interested in being trained for the job.
