reunion set The annual Ole Hollow reunion was changed from June to be held this year on Sunday, Sept. 20 at the Thornton Gap Regular Baptist Church site, which is located one mile off U.S. 211-522 going East from Sperryville.
The group will meet immediately following the regular 11 a. m. service at the church and as usual will plan to be ready to eat the “potluck” picnic style lunch at about 1 p.m. Attendees may bring a covered dish, snacks and/or beverage if they desire. A lawn chair might make your day more enjoyable. All former participants of this group as well as present members of this community and surrounding areas and their families and friends are urged to come out for this reunion and meet old friends and/or make new ones. “A special invitation to Pastor Kirby Shenk and those that attend the church to join and fellowship with us,” said an organizer.
