The household size and incomi criteria identified below will be use< to determine eligibility for free an< reduced price meal benefits. Chil dren from households with income! at or below the levels shown are eli gible for free or reduced price meals Children who are members of focx stamp households or Aid to Familiei with Dependent Children (ADC) as sistance units are automatically eli gible for free meals. Foster childrei who are the legal responsibility of i welfare agency or court also may b< eligible for benefits regardless of the income of the household where thej reside. Eligibility for the foster chile is based on the child’s income.
