As scheduled, the Old Dominion Hounds Point-to-Point will be held olK Saturday, April 3, with the rescheduled, Warrenton Hunt Pointto-Point due for Sunday, April 4. ' - The Old Dominion races, held at Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Eastham’s historic Ben Venue Farm just off of U.S. 211, will feature series competition for hurdlers, timber runners and novice riders. Post time for the eight carded races is slated for noon. - The owner-rider timber race drew a solid group of nine entrants, headed by Casanova victor Topeadoy. The four-time series champ placed second at Blue Ridge and raced in third Sunday at Rappahannock.
: JStiff competition may come from Qptnmanding Dance, who was formerly pointed to race over the Grand National course at Liverpool, England in a prep race to the English Grand National.
