NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

At the Board of Supervisors meeting to be held at 7:00 p.m. on April 5, 1993 at the Rappahannock County Courthouse the Board will consider for adoption a 40-year lease with the Rappahannock Athletic Association granting it the right to use and develop for community sports program a parcel of land of about 6.8 acres located off Rt. 642 near Amissville, said property formerly used as a dumpster site. The lease calls for a rent of $10.00 per year and is available for inspection in the County Administrator's office. Public comment on the proposal is welcome.
